Purpose

Dry needling targets the localized muscle "knots" that form after overuse, injury, or postural stress. Fine, sterile filaments are inserted directly into affected muscle fibers and fascia — restoring blood flow, releasing tension, and reestablishing healthy movement patterns. Unlike acupuncture, this approach is rooted in modern anatomy and neuroscience rather than meridian systems.

What to Expect
